Mondial Assistance is one of the world’s largest providers of specialty insurance products, including comprehensive travel insurance and roadside assistance services. Mondial employs over 9,000 staff across Europe and is affiliated with a vast network of medical providers in over 240 countries.
Mondial’s Corporate and Travel Department outsources the bulk of their scanning work to KCL’s service bureau operation in south Wales. Monthly pickups ensure fast turnaround times and all the data is returned to Mondial in the proper format for direct loading into the in-house document management application, also implemented and supported by KCL E-document Solutions.
Since the relationship with KCL was started, Mondial has grown rapidly both through organic methods and by acquisitions of competing companies. Through this growth KCL has been able to keep up with the increased demand, which has quadrupled over the past few years.
