We are currently looking to recruit people for the following job roles:

Telesales:
Previous experience within business to business telesales is essential along with good computer and organisational skills.

Duties will include:

  1. High volume call making to all business levels
  2. Research and initiative usage to gain new leads
  3. Arranging meetings for Sales Director with decision makers
  4. Development of customer database
  5. Tracking of all correspondence
  6. KPI Reports

Administrator (Maternity Cover):
Previous experience working within an office environment is an advantage although not essential.

Duties will include:

  1. Answering the phone and responding to e-mails
  2. Logging of service calls and orders onto computer systems
  3. Placing orders and assigning calls to engineers
  4. Obtaining meter readings via telephone, e-mail and online connection
  5. Distribution of incoming post
  6. Data Entry
  7. Customer data reporting
  8. Liasing with senior staff to assist with ad-hoc duties

Skills needed are as follows:

  1. Computer skills including Outlook and MS Office
  2. Confident and Professional telephone manner
  3. Good organisational skills
