Unified Services is all about tying in new and existing technologies into a single solution that delivers the results your company is after. Some clients may opt for in-house scanning from the multi-function photocopier directly into an on-site document repository. Other clients may scan from the multi-function device but let KCL’s service bureau staff perform the processing functions, cataloguing the data appropriately for future access.

Many of our clients want to use their devices as an entry point, but don’t want to implement software in-house; these clients use our hosted solutions to provide access to their staff. Others choose to let KCL perform the scanning as an ongoing service, with pickups as often as twice weekly, and with the output data loaded to a web-based portal for access.

Unified Services lets KCL tailor a solution for each client’s individual needs. If out-of-the-box functionality is what’s required, that is what KCL provides.
